Strange time issue going on here!

Wyvernoid	Oh what's happening? It's 14:42, Nov 4 here (GMT+8:00), and 6:42, Nov 4(GMT+0:00). But I see posts made at 16:48, Nov 4(GMT+8:00)! I'm beyond the time! And when I post after those time-beyond posts, I get in front of them! What's happening?
