Black Mask

Hi,
I am looking for teh way to create a visibility modifier so that the minimap screen and the vision it totally dark. Not normal blask mask but I saw this in cuple of maps where the visibility is totally none. How can I do this?

There is a check box under map options that says "Masked Areas Partially Visibile"

Uncheck it
