NongNoobJung, There's usually a reason maps, such as Dota are "protected" so that you can't open them. But I would believe the best thing you can do is send a PM or E-mail to the creators of DOTA " http://dota-allstars.com/ ". I don't think any (I can't be 100% positive..) of the people here would have an "unprotected" version of DOTA, that you could use/edit.

I am closing this thread, as we can't give you more help than player_72985 - We don't support map unprotection in any way, so the only thing you can do is contact the creators of the map.
