Sirius Adventures Created only by me. 1 player 9-maps campaign (only nineth requires Frozen Throne) Features: Humoristic campaign, not really hard. Unfortunately it's already done, but ...in Polish. Also Polish voices included. I will now translate it to English and I'll try to change the sarcastic scenes to be as funny as it is in Polish. Story: You are Sirius, the only elf King's son. Undeads started attacking lands around the kingdom. Then King's sorcerers told him about The legendary amulet of burning city. (sry for stupid name ;) ) King decided to send his son for the artifact to far lands. (The guy passes through cities named like european Capitols :D ) The trip and campaign starts at little elf village where Sirius is talking to his friend. (And here my excuse - there's no map with castle or even the king, the story starts at Sirius conversation with his friend) Other notes: I did these maps a long time ago, but I didn't know about this site. I wasn't good at terraining, so that's the weakest point of the whole campaign. Screenshots: Screenshot 1 |

Singleplayer campaigns are always a good start. Tell us more? |

You say it's a comedy? |

Is the battle system going to be the same angine as WCIII and TFT? or are you adding any spice to it? |

Yes it has to be a comedy. I guess battle system is same as I don't know any other...I am a beginner |

well i meant would you be adding any specialties to it like maybe you had to use ESC to attack or make it an RPG style turn based battle system or soemthing? |
| 11-21-2006, 07:13 PM | #7 |
No, turn based sucks and we all know it. Don't Fight the Engine. Will be interested to see how it pans out. Put me on the beta-testers list when you've got the english translations done. |

ESC for attack? I never heard about it. Nah its gonna be clear Warcraft 3 battle system. If that's a problem - sorry, you can skip my campaign. And one more thing - it's my first campaign and it has lot of basic mapmakers errors (i guess). I think you will be in shock when you see first map. It is really short... :( |

Add more info to the first post. Take a look at the rules for how it should be. |

Well I dunno what would I add there. And what does the summary mean? |
| 11-21-2006, 09:50 PM | #11 |
Google online dictionaries. Really, in this day and age finding out what word means is very simple. If you are still stumped on what to add, take a look around at other threads people have made with good amounts of info. |

Umm... I meant what does summary means in maps. What should I write in summary for example? Special features? Used mods? I didn't use any of it. |

Stuff like game play, features, storyline, et cetera. |

Gameplay: One hero trough all maps, but being helped by some cities forces. (Is that what was needed?) Features: up there in first post. And I thought i wrote the storyline in one of first posts... |

It all needs to be in the first post. You've got nothing but the most basic of info there. Also, features are things which stand out in it, things which make you want to play it. At the moment you've got more of a very brief summary there. |
