Item ability cooldown for RoC?

Ryude	How do you add mana cost and cooldown to item abilities in RoC? Someone told me that Doomsday Stand got it to work.

Yup yup. You could easily buy it, even from Meijer now...Maybe.
IMO you couldn't do crap in Reign of Chaos WE.
