3rd Party World Editors

Okay, its becoming very clear that the problem isn't with my map, its with the third party editors. For some reason or another, none of them work.

For some reason when I open WEU, the special WEU graphic for the loading part won't show and according to Vex, I am not loading WEU at all but just the normal WE. When I try to use the WE Helper, it does nothing at all.

Is your world editor executable hacked?

What? Anyways the problem can't be with my World Editor.exe, I already re-installed wc3 three times.

Guys I really need help. I've gone 2 months without being able to open my map and I can't focus on anything else. I have OCD.

You might consider
- posting your map
- explaining how your map was created
- which tools and wc3 versions you've worked on it with
- what the problem is

- Its not exactly my map, its more of a copy of a copy of an original (ERP 0.2 Legacy). I intend to remove all excesses from the map, and make it less rough than it is now.
- I have used only WEU
- WEU won't work. It won't open. When I click on the WEU icon it opens up normal editor. According to Vexorian, if the WEU graphic doesn't show on the loading screen, WEU is not working.

So can I please get some help with my WEU? Anyways, heres what pops up when I try to open the map.

I think you totally messed up your map. happened to me too, and i wasn,t even using WEU. period. luckily you double-saved? right?

I also think it is most likely the map. You must have added something then saved it and then it wasnt able to reload. Or by chance did ur comp turn off while saving or did a protection process u attempted to use mess up? Also post ur map so otheres can try opening it and see if they get same error.
Another though can you open up other maps in the WE?

Well seeing as how you said its a copy of a copy of something, a file in the MPQ probably had a heart attack and killed itself, thus corrupting the map. But yeah seriously, post the map so we can see what the issue could be.

What was the last thing you changed on the map before it started doing this?

When I said a copy of a copy, I meant that the ERP Legacy 0.2 was copied off of DoBRP or CotMRP, which in turn I copied off of it. Also, I have several copies of the map. One was the original map, and I had about 4 different copies of the map based on the original that I was working on. None of those work now. And I don't remember what was the last thing I did. Anyways, here's the file:
