What constitutes an "order"

What does constitute an order in WE? If, for instance, a unit is forced to stop the effect of an ability (such as immolation) because it runs out of mana, is that an order that I can use to start a trigger? How about a unit casting an ability set on autocast; is that an order? How about things such as "Make Unit face Angle"; does that constitute an order that can be tracked in GUI? It's not listed in the manual... is it?

Make unit face angle is not an order.

Runnig out of mana problem, can be solved by detecting spell endcast (at least I guess so).
