what makes Abilits Cooldowns go off at same time?

Ok then can someone tell me how the creator of this JASS spell (http://www.wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=83005) was able to use Shockwave(AOsh) to create his spell template but still allow me to add Shockwave(AOsh) to his hero and cast his spell and the Shockwave spell with out them both firing ?

(im going to be combing his spell but im new to JASS so im not sure if ill understand it all so plz tell me what he might have done)

You cant have the same ability twice on a unit. Since its hardcoded, they will both fire at the same time, cause the game thinks its firing that spell. So all spells on the unit go off.

yes.

No way. You have to choose another ability and enhance it with trigger if needed.
