Well, I made this thing to work with a skin I did for the ogre, although the UV is somehow screwed (dunno why)... Done in vertex modifier, from a cube... That weapon is supposed to be a scythe of some sort, dunno :P Crits and helpful suggestions (and of course if somebody wishes to animate it) are welcome...
Meh...
EDIT: Finished UV and Texture... All it needs now are animations :/

The Mesh could use some optimization espicly on the weapons and limbs. But Otherwise it looks more of Fat Cave Troll from LOTR then a orge but looks good ether way.

If you're talking about the weird shading, I really dunno how to change that as if I try to weld them (which does work), they simply dissapear :/

The model is nice but the skin is bleh. I doubt I could do too better, but I think it'd look better if you sized up the body to most of the skin, stick the head in the lower left corner (to conserve space) and put the pole on the right edge of the skin.

However, since you would have to rewrap, you may not want to fix it. I just think the skin looks stunningly plebeian on the model, which looks cool.
