I just found a map, the map has the SC models of wc3search, however the guy found a way to modify the skins to make em much cooler. the map script seems to be obfusticated, tough, when i open the map in the editor, nothing shows up in the import part, however the models work fine ingame. could anyone de-obfusticate the map so i can export the models, or simply export them for me? thanks. note: PowerMPQ and WINmpq export the files, however they all have names like "UnknownFile001, UnknownFile002", so i dont know wich file MDX to associate with wich files BLP. the map is Galactic Conquest made by LordSauron. |

Errr guys, isn't this resource stealing and thus a strict no-no on these forums? The guy locked his map for a reason. |

tis guy never gives any credit to anyone in his maps. He use everyone's else ressources without credit and lock them to make sure others dont. |

We do not support map unprotection. Shadow, you really should know better. Stop helping him to take things from a protected map. It doesn't matter if he claims the map maker stole them or not - we do not support unprotection. I suspect this will be lock/deleted shortly by an admin. Until then, stop helping him unprotect maps. |

I don't think this situation is that cut and dry. First of all his interest is not in editing the map. Secondly the resources in question are not original, they are edits. Does the editor of those resources have sufficient claim to block public distribution? Seems rather gray to me. Finally, the map is not protected in such a way that you can't access the resources. All he is looking for is the names of the resources, which he already has, listed in the MDX. |

Thank you, Thank you so much for understanding! as you say i cant get the name of those list files. all i get when i open the map with any MPQeditor is a bunch of files like File0000001.blp File0000002.blp File0000003.Mdx File0000004.mdx File0000005.wav File0000006.mdx and so on. The rest is fine. i have access to Jass triggers, units, spells, etc, but idc of that, all i need is the edited models |

EDIT: Oh and by the way, my post was not against the rules, since I have not assisted him in file extraction, he is already able to do that. |

Open war3.lua in your grimoire directory and remove the second "--" in this part: Code:
-- Enable list file stalking -- injectdll(proc,"bin\\listfile.dll") |
