I made this as texturing practice.
82 Triangles
It has two 512x512 Textures(one for the roof and one for the house)

The corners look abominable, and the house strikes me as a bit odd because of how the upper story is offset by a little bit and hangs over. Also, what's the white on the upper story supposed to be, 'cause I'm pretty sure they didn't have stucco in Medieval France. I could just be insane, though.

It isn't stucco, it doesn't even look like stucco. I am not entirely sure what it is made of, but I did base it on real medieval housing.

There is one of the reference pictures; It is a real medieval house(the windows and doors were clearly replaced, though) so you can be sure it is entirely accurate.

Ok, I'm insane, and I apologize for criticizing your work with unfounded reason. I still think the offset looks funky, though. Maybe if it was surrounded by others (like in the picture) it would look better.

Looks nice, I like it, would not fit in with the warcraft 3 style but definetly looks very good.

this style is called "framework" thats why my kit is named like that...

half timbered house would be correct aswell!

its main concept is great, but its way too low poly for me... wc3 can do more!
there is an issue with the roof, its pitchblack where it ends.. with brown blops on it!
would u maybe post a shot with a "sharpened" texture? looks blurry from this view...

I really don't think it needs to be higher polygon, it was intended to be used at a rather small size. And those "brown blops" are supposed to be the ends of wood yards that make up the frame of the roof, with the shingles laying on top of those.
Here is the texture of the house, just so you can see it clearly.
(lots of wasted space, I know, but there wasn't enough space to fit the roof)

This texture doesn't show the yards on the roof, so it is irrelevant, but it seems there isn't really anything worth showing on the roof texture.

Those "brown blops" are logs, but aye, the side does need a rewrap

EDIT: Whoops, beat me to it =D.

Hey its X
I think it needs some shading in between the rock/bricks, just so it seems a slight more warcrafty.

I don't want it to look warcrafty. If I were to put this into a map, I would probably redo most everything in the map.

i meant the 2nd image in your original post. Looks like its based on a middle ages-German-ish house.
