Stupid question:Where can I found the 1.08 and 1.09 patches?

If he could find a way to crack Warcraft 3, I'm sure he'd have been able to find himself the patches on his own :p

Anyway, download the latest patch on whatever place you have internet and then place it on an USB or floppy dick.
