I NEED HELP WITH MDX<>MDL CONVERTERS

i seriously need help guys. i downloaded Yobgul's file converter and i extracted the dll's but when it try to convert MDX files to MDL it says "unknown file format". what should i do?

i also downloaded War3ModelEditor as an alternative but when it try to run it it displays an error message " Unable to open"C:\Program Files"Warcraft III\War3Patch.mpq!

Make sure that Warcraft 3 is installed and that the registry key
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\InstallPath" exists! "

i have no idea what to do. i really need to convert MDX to MDL and vice-versa for skinning. if you guys could help me out that would be great... really great.

PS: could you make the guide step-by-step so it's impossible for me to mess up? i need help from installation to the converting. i know a lot of people are having these problems too.

I'm somewhat of a noob in this category, but try using all available conversion tools, like War3Viewer or whatever other tools you can find here or at wc3sear.ch
