Speaking of tutorials, there are currently 10 tutorials in the tutorial submission board, which hasn't been approved or graveyard'd yet. Quote:

And all those tutorials with the redirect link, as far as i can see, seem to have been moved to the graveyard :P |

I cant see a "moved arrow" for this tutorial. http://www.wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=64875 though I think it has quality and is fit to be in that section, it still hasnt been approved but is still moved |

Aha, you think it hasn't been approved because there's no reply posted by a moderator, saying that the tutorial has been approved :? That's probably because the moderator's sometimes "clean" up the thread before moving it to it's respective category (deleting all posts). |

A lot of tutorials were there before the current system, then there are sometimes saying approved feels really dumb and just moving the thing out is good enough , isn't it? |

Well, you could but I think it's better for the tutorials moderator to leave a comment saying that the tutorial has been approved along with a positive comment to motivate the user to make more. I've tried it before here at this site with my Walkable Walls/Doodads tutorial. I noticed the "approve" post, and then some days later all the other posts had been deleted. |

It is not really a matter of it being needed or not, sometimes you can see compliments from the staff on approved resources, but sometimes the staff either have no comments or didn't get enough time to do it. I always thought that 0 posts are better than one "OMG 5/5" It is hard to give feedback when there's even little time to actually approve stuff and in the case of tutorials the situation is worsened. I just can't think of another staff member that could go for tutorials mod besides of pitzermike. If we find him we would love to make the tutorials moderation more active so even this kind of things are done. What I notice in your tutorial is the lack of a description for the tutorials page, let me write it |

Though there's nothing wrong leaving a small positive comment whenever the administrator or moderator have the time to do so :) Quote:
Well, additional tutorial moderators seem to be a relevant idea atm. Quote:
