First of all, don't blame me for the aspect that this story isn't bound enough to the Warcraft III TFT main story. But, hey, it's fantasy and that's how I wanted my campaign to be. Part I [In this part you will control mainly the azure dragon's army and other like Dwarves, and highelves] The mighty dragonlord Xantar wakes up from a terrifying dream. He saw that in the future the remnants of the burning legion will defeat their race and with it their ancient knowlegde. Xantar reacted quickly on this evil vision and send his champion Draconius, a young dragonspawn and protector of the dragon throne, to gather allies and stop the upcoming evil. Draconius started his journey... After they managed to get out the draconian fortress, they found their first allies: The Dwarves of Northrend and their leader Thorin . With the help of the dragon's forces, the Dwarves managed to slay Gargamos, a mighty Faceless summoner and avoid a thread for the dwarvenkind in Northrend. With the Dwarves, draconius and his army of ancient warrior and creatures took ships to the eastern kingdoms. Knowing that not all of the mighty highborn were killed and not all of holy energies of the sunwell were lost, draconius started looking for the remaining highelves. They soon met each other, but Arcturas, the mighty seraph and charismatic leader of the Highelves, were afraid that the strangers were agents of the scourge or, even worse, of the burning legion. Only a ritual could reveal the true plan of draconius, so Arcturas sent him to a ancient tomb, where he could prove himself and evidence his plan. In the tombs, Draconius researched a source of mighty power: The crystal of dragons. It was an artifact that was told to be lost for thousands of years, long before a human saw the light of the world in Azeroth. However Draconius managed to defeat the guardians and to get out of the cave. Over the ground Arcturas waited for the dragonspawn. Now Arcturas knew that he and Draconius will fight for the same thing. Suddenly a group of Rangers appeared at the gates of they city Goldwing. It was Almalexia, a beautiful and skilled ranger of the Highelves. She reported that the demons had risen again. The Highelves defended themselves and pushed the demon forces away. But the battle had one cost: Almalexia was lost in the battle, but her body couldn't be found... Part II [In this part you will controll the remnants of the burning legion and their horrifying warriors like blood orcs, possessed creatures, higher demons and the faceless.] Akaratosh had a plan: When they managed to summon the mighty demonlord Xin'Canar, the rest of the human, highelf, and dwarves will be lost and the burning legion will finally control the eastern kingdoms. In their base deep in the outlands Akaratosh won battles against dreanai clans and Bloodelves patrol guards. However, it was not his final target to defeat some pittyful packs. Some days later a mighty cloud of darkness and terror appeared above the camps of Akaratosh. The burning legion sent him help from above the highest ranks of the Eredar: The diabolist Archidemius. With his help the warlord Akaratosh was able to strengthen their position there. Archidemius a mighty mage and warlock turned the soul and body of the dying Almalexia into some thing really evil: He made her his own harlequin. She was not able to avoid the possession and had been integrated into the endless hordes of the legion. To summon Xin'Canar, Archidemius studied many old documents, and finally found a solution. He had to call the mightiest Eredar summoners of the legion... After all the summoners were defeated in the open battle, they accepted the will of Archidemius. Suddenly the ritual was interrupted. It was an alliance army with leading of Thomas Steeltalon. The human warrior banished the demons away and stopped the summoning. In her frenzy the possessed Almalexia was killed in the battle. But only her body was lost her soul was captured in the soulstone Thomas had. It was his mission, given from the highelves, to banish the demons from this region and to find the lost soul of Almalexia. Part III [In this final part you will control the the human, the Highelves, the Dwarves and the dragon's forces.] Draconius told Arcturas what he read in the ancient tombs of the Highelves. He thought that the might of the draconian artifact and power of the sun well could revive Almalexias lost sold. Arcturas agreed, because Almalexia was a excellent leader and because she was his old friend. So Draconius and Arcturas started to search for the crystal. Far to the north of the new home city Goldwing of the Highelves were an ancient fortress of the mages, that was destroyed many centuries ago. Perhaps there they could find the crystal they wanted. Arrived there Draconius realized how big the old city was. In the fortress they saw that the souls of the mages never died and fight the battle they lost times ago. Finally Draconius and Arcturas managed to conquer the artifact and returned home. After they brought the crystal and the holy water of the Sunwell together Alamlexia's soul was redeemed and revived. But she was not as the same before. Now she was more. The combination of the crystal and the water gained her more might then she had before. She now was a templar of the Azuredragons, like many men tounsand years ago... In the outland the Eredar summoned the mighty lord Part Xin'Canar. Now the real battle began... Hope you liked reading the story and now have an impression how my campaign will look like. |

It's pretty good. You can't really stop the beginning from being cliche, but oh well. Searching for allies is always the first step. It's one of the better campaign stories out there, that's for sure. |

This is a good plot line for large battles and many large skirmishes i look forward to the part where your the dragon but the demon campaing is quite slow perhaps if more combat with the high elves was in it then it would serve a better purpose (like say maybe a blood elven city in outland gets owned by the demons thus triggering that human dude and his army to be sent. Plus a city battle would look awesome lol. |
