Countdown Timer/Neutral Passive Capture Trigger

Scenario:

A unit enters the Encampment Region (includes a Circle of Power - Neutral Passive). The time required to capture this Encampment is 30 sec. There must be a minimum of 15 units within the Encampment Region in order for the countdown timer to activate. Once the Countdown Timer is complete, the Owner of Triggering Unit should gain control of the Circle of Power structure within the Encampment Region.

Problem:

After moving 15 units into the Encampment Region, the Countdown Timer begins. However, when moving them all out and back in, another timer begins. This is a problem. I have had up to 6 Countdown Timers on the screen at once.

Request:

Could someone help me out?

1. How do I make it so there is only one Countdown Timer. When the first 15 units enter the region, all opportunity for a new countdown timer is eliminated. Also, the condition is that there no enemy units inside the region at the time the Countdown Timer begins. If enemy units enter after initialization, then the Countdown Timer persists. If all defending units die, after enemy units enter the region after initialization, then the Countdown Timer stops, and there is restored opportunity for a new Countdown Timer to begin.

2. How do I make it so that when the Countdown Timer expires, the first Owner of Trigger Unit gains control of the structure inside? This is so as to prevent allied units who enter the Encampment Region only a few seconds after you to gain access to the Encampment Region and all its structures inside.

I'm working on it myself as I post this. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, ok. Thanks. That seems to work

What about when an enemy enters the region? What is the most efficient way of shutting down the timer until all enemies in the region are dead or have left? What about restoring opportunity for a new timer once the initial conditions are restored (e.g., no enemies in region, minimum of 15 units)

BTW, you might have leaks due to the timer. If you're expecting others to play this on B.NET, I suggest cleaning any leaks.
