A couple of Rep questions

Two rather simple questions regarding viewing your reputation here:

How does one view all the rep they have recieved. I apparently have 8 rep, but my "latest reputation recieved" shows only 7, and the lowest one on the list is (I think) the first rep I got.

Why (also regarding the "latest reputation recieved"), do most of the icons for received rep show up yellow (example 1), and some show up white (example 2). Negative rep is red, right?

Rep from people who have negative rep is white; no rep is gained.
rep received in the off topic forum is white; no rep is gained.
red/pink rep is negative.
yellow/blue rep is positive.

And to solve your problem, some people, when they give rep, give more than others. I beleive it has to do with that person's current rep.
