Okay, I may just be stupid, but... (trouble with bridges)

...I'm having trouble with bridges. I just started editing again. I have a small amount of SC experience, and a minimal amount of War 3 experience. Mainly my trouble consists of two things. First, I can't remember how to move them up and down, independently of terrain. Second, units can't walk under them (it really, I only have one, a long natural over a valley 2 cliff levels deep.)

So my questions are:
1) How do you move bridges (all doodads?) vertically independently of terrain?
2) Will that let units walk under them?
3) If that won't let units walk under them, will anything?

Well, i've messed around with the height, and it looks like you can't get units to just walk under. The only thing I can think of is a trigger to move them accross. It probably wouldn't look pretty, but you could not mess up game mechanics too much by putting a delay on it.

You can't walk under bridges, no matter how high you make them. On a side note, removing a bridge in-game with a trigger DOES NOT stop units from being able to walk accross them, as long as you 'remove' it

so if i remove the bridge in game people can walk above and below it? or they can just walk on thin air?

They walk on the bridge exactly how they would with it there. You still can't walk under it, but it would be a good idea for "secret locations" on a map like an rpg or whatever. Hmmm, I may use this for myself. :P
