The Original post is: Quote:
I dont think its an ALPHA color porblem only because... Well to be honest all i am doing is using Warcraft 3 Viewer to export the original BLPs to JPG and then i turn right around and use the Viewer to convert the JPG back to BLP. The conversion to a JPG image changes the red tent on the bottom of the images to blue and i like the blue better jigrael The Original size of the image is the same after the converstion but since you said Quote:

It's not an MDL editing issue, that's for sure. I've edited UI tiles before and never had this problem; but I have reason to believe it's got something to do with alpha channels. |

It probably has a corrupt alpha channel. when you change somethings skin theres a chance you ould corrupt the alph channel. when you change the .blp to something like a skin and it has a corrupt alpha channel you are left with a red blob but since theres no team color theres nothing to turn into a red blob its invisible try resaving the original .tga or .bmp and then repeat the entire process that you already went thrue |

Not really sure because I dont remember well, I edited one UI a long time ago, but one of the UI needed to be changed in size, for example if it was 64*512 then it should be changed to 128*512 to work. Should work, and you better try it XD |
