Simple list of what I want to see if it can be done
Ok Im creating a RPG Action style map. I am wanting to use the Villager (male 1) as a base model for Melee, Ranged and Casters and just use Attachments for Swords, Bows, and Staffs. So I need to find out how to change its attack animation to something like the Archers Anime and the Archmage Attack 1 style I also want the armor to change based on the armor he has, so I was wondering if the same trick with Swords work for an armor, robe or cape style model? For Ranged and Caster types I think I could just attach a cape or robe to the unit but I dont like the idea for Melee heros but then again if I knew a pick-poka-doted cloak or dress would help protect me from the Big Fire Breathing Dragon I need to kill Id wear it I would assume the Cape and a robe could since they wouldnt need to be animated but unless the atachments can use the same animations as the base model I dont think armor that covers the sholders will work right. So if these things can be done anyone know if there is already a Villager Model out there with these style attack Anime? More info about my map and the hero types I have

I wouldn't recommend capes or robes as attachments, because yes, they won't animate in time with the model. Otherwise, www.oinkerwinkle.com and go nuts. Villager has a good solid compatible skeleton, I'm sure. Get caster animation from the priest. |
