When i took a screenshot with my WE, it is a TGA file. How i change it to blp? I tried using the Yobgul's file converter but it doesn't read TGA files, it only reads blp and turns it into TGA then it's unreadable. How do i get it to become blp without adobe photoshop? |

With http://magos.thejefffiles.com/War3ModelEditor/ you can open a tga file and save it as blp. |

You can use WC3viewer too. It can do that, and it can change it to other formats, like jpg, bmp, etc. |
