So, Elimination Tournament 1.2 is finaly out, with a new terrain (Assault) and a new gadget (Gas grenade). What are your first impressions from these additions? Fun, boring, balanced, imbalanced? |

Needs a f*cking shotgun. <3 Although otherwise I have yet to try it. xD |

Disappointed: - 1 new item - bounty is still 1 gold (pretty sure about that) - no new weapons - I didnt see any major change with laser but I did play lava - shrapnel nerfed and useless... again |

I played a game on the Assault terrain and it wouldn't work. Neither team could pick up the opposing team's flag. Either I didn't get the memo, or it's a bug. Replay attached. |

There is a major change with laser shrapnel isnt that much nerfed as it is changed. It is impossible to get a 1hit kill, but its alot easier to do alot of damage with the shrapnel if you dont have the perfect hit. It's just a new (and better) way of using the shrapnel. And duck... its assault, you must take "your" flag and score in the enemy base... |

Although the flag told me in its tooltip that only the enemy could pick it up and that if I tried to pick it up it would return it. Maybe you should make Assault its own flag item, that way this sort of confusion wouldn't happen. :P And... MY NAME IS NOT DUCK! /cry |

I shall call you duck, get used to it :) |

feels very resemblent. only one new item and some balancing. not a lot of exciting new changes. You should have really added a new weapon. |

Woa, it's been a while since I played "Elimination". "Elimination Tournament" definitely is an improvement The map was fun, had a great gameplay and was well balanced There are many small details within the map which makes me like it even more. However, I think that the "Shrapnel Gun" reloads *kinda* too fast, could be extended with a few seconds time in my opinion... And I must agree with Rising_Dusk regarding the shot-gun issue. A "shot-gun" would be a relevant weapon to implement Just like an old-school Rocket Launcher ^^ -- Keep up the good work |

Yess... Bring forth the shotgun... Come to the dark side... We have cookies! <3 Quote:
So I shall call you Mini. Because I can. |

6 items was nice to use one per each item slot, but 7... a bit weird. Laser is not overpowered. In wallish terrains from 1.1 it was already a heavy accuracy weapon, it is now very, very accurate against other weapons. Maybe decrease damage to something like 35 or 30, it would be ok. |

i disagree. the upgraded laser is now very balance. people are... actually... USING IT :emote_gasp: Hell, I even used it, and got a few ricochet kills. P.S I know there is no :emote_gasp: |

Well, pretty much what Taur said. Tweaks/balances/fixes are always good but I was hoping for 1-2 new weapons. I think its pretty balanced now, so hopefully youll stride more towards new additions than cleanups? |

I have a replay from my brother in Elimination Tournament 1.1 that shows the Laser is already overpowered by its cooldown. |
