Is it possible for someone to create a tutorial about creating item combonations (ring1 + ring2 = ring3 not ring1 + ring1 = ring1 with 2 charges)

I'm sure you can find information about how to combine items by searching the forums. Just typing in 'Recipe' got me a few pages of threads. I'm sure this question has been asked before.
