Several Questions, Please help

ok, Question 1:
Im making a tag map, I need a trigger to change my alliances everytime someone becomes "it". The person who is "it" is picked at random at the start of the game and is placed in a variable. Whoever kills "it" becomes "it". I can do all that, but what I need is a trigger that i can run at the start of the game and every time "it" changes to change the alliances so that everyone who is not "it" is allied with each other, and "it" becomes enemies with everyone.

Question 2:
Is there a way to keep the map permanently blackmasked? I want the already explored parts to remain masked. I tried masking it with a periodic time event but that has bad side effects (flickering)

Question 3:
Is there a way to edit abilities without adding half a MB to the file size of the map?

Anyone? Please? An answer to any one of my questions will be much appreciated. Most importantly if anyone could help me with one, Ive been working on it for 3 days now and I cant get it. Its crucial to my map.

Q1 i cant answer now, i have to think (and its 2:00 AM)

Q2: Does it matter if they are masked or not? Player will most likely remember the terrain anyways. But i cant think of any other way to do this other than a periodic event.
