Some Help pls

Ok if many know at DotA the Slayer/Lich got some things at their hands (fire and ice) how can i make them?

or what program can i use

For a model just use the node manager in Magos' Model Editor and right click the bones for the hands.

Or just use the "orb" or whatever the blood mage has as an ability and set the attachment settings to "hand left" and "hand right".
