Model problems when converting to MDX

I exported from milkshape, opened it in model editor and some of the faces were missing and alpha channels dont show up anyone know how to fix it?

"Missing" faces are, I suspect, the wrong way round. Un-tick "show backfaces" in the 3D viewport to see what's there and what's not; select missing faces and go Face -> Reverse Vertex Order, until they're all on the one side.

Alpha channels only show on certain filtermodes. Window -> Material Editor, double click your material, and switch to transparent. Also, tick "twosided".

thanks ALOT i mean ALOT that really helped. now my model is sexy :) (now i have to try and make animations better) about anims lets say i make my stand anim and its 24 frames long right, then i leave 15 frames inbetween and then i make the walk animation. When i play the animation the foot starts moving in the 15 frames i left between. WHY DOES IT DO THAT and is there any way to fix it?

It's not really a problem.

When you define sequences in Warcraft, the game considers ONLY those frames bounded by the sequence. Whereas, with Milkshape, you have a constant animation timeline; and so you get interpolation all the way along, even between your "sequences".
