To my knowledge not all doodads can stretch. But there is a simple way. Simply select the doodad in WE and press the Page up key on keyboard ( do not hold Ctrl).

I do not know how to enlarge destructibles. But you can always play with the size in WE.

Hope it will help :o)

All doodads can stretch and enlarge. You just have to edit their Editor - Maximum Scale to something higher. The XYZ values can be different than each other, like (10.00,13.00,12.00).

Same with Destructibles, except you can't stretch them, only enlarge. The XYZ values are always the same for Destructibles.

Double-click the Doodad/Destructible to edit their properties, or select it and press + or - to enlarge/shrink. PageUp/PageDown stretches up and down. There are more, but I can't quite remember.

Um...you didnt really answer his question, if you want to stretch it upwards, you would have to make the minimun scale .25 and maximun scale to anything. Place the object that you wanted to stretch until you find the right size you want and delete the others that you don't want. Double click the object and increase the Z value. It will cause the object to stretch longer upwards. Copy n paste that object and you'll get the same size and shape. (I think there's a tutorial for this..... if not someone make it!!) And all can be stretched!! (unless im too dumb to know that it cant be stretched)

Not all doodads can be stretched, trees can not.

I when I desire to custom stretch I select the doodad in question and hit enter - you get x y variables to adjust.

If the limitations are not right, open up object editor and copy and past your doodad - rename it (right click in the left menu bar) do XXX1 where the XXX is the real name and 1 is the add on that you use to separate in your editor what is what.

Modify pathing, size etc for the customized one.

if you want to control the randomness of the size you can select one of the three options at the top of the doodad bar.

You do not need to plop a doodad to see what it looks like. Its semi-transparent view is there. if you do not like it hit the shift bar twice, the next random version comes up (usually). A lot easier then plop delete/undo.

If you stretch y or ex only and then rotate the doodad you will discover that the direction of stretch remains the same.

Again you select the doodad, hit enter and a pop up comes up offering you the options. For units you get drop items, hit points and stuff. For destructables you get roation and variation (if any)

Cheers
