Hello all. I have just recently got the skinning programs and such here they are and my question is how do i get a skin that i can see in the Warcraft3 editor to the actual warcraft 3 game? cuz it just shows original .blp skin.

I have

MPQView can't import (I don't think, I've never used it). You need WinMPQ or TechMPQ (I use TechMPQ, but a lot use Win). Then (this is for Tech), put the file in the TechMPQ folder, and the map also, and run TechMPQ. Click Add/Replace file. Now, browse the top line (file to add) to the skin you have made), and the second line to the map you want it in (remember, they must both be in the TechMPQ folder). The final path should be the position of the SKIN(not the World Editor directory, that's the model), so the directory you extracted it from in image extractor. Load up image extractor and check again if you're not sure. Then click MPQ it! And you're done! :D Now DO NOT OPEN YOUR FILE AGAIN IN THE WORLD EDITOR, OR YOUR SKIN WILL BE ERASED!

And the .mdl thing... no files in wc3 are .mdls, but you need to convert them to it to do certain things when you are modelling. I don't know much about .mdl editing though, so ask someone else plz...

Look forward to seeing your skins in the gallery section!

I need some help wth my Image Extractor II (Full Version)!!! It seems the skin list won't appear! IMG EXT II was the only thing that worked for me! I really need some help. If i can't get that up, i won't be able to make anymore skins! Not to mention, i'm a very good skin maker.:D

AAAAHHHHH campaign creations has been up this whole time!

I thought it had closed or something.

----edit----

Not sure what the hell is wrong here, but the forum keeps editing the URL post to a *********, not sure why.

So just do www . campaigncreations . org (without the spaces) to get there :D
