Why don't we organize a "Testing" team?

Why don't we organize a "Testing" team? I mean, we can all team up online and do a comp stomp :p

Anyway, where are you guys located? My gateway is Lordaeron usually.

that sounds like a cool idea!! im game for it... note that i use Dial up though so some times i can be a lagging bag of crap BUT when i lower must of my details it runs ok most of the time :P~~ but ya i only play on Lordaeron. the living in U.S West its probably the less laggy one for my crap i call internet :P~~ the name i have been using lately is Eyepoke42 add me if u wanna :D!!

Why didn't u make a team earlier before 2.50 finished in beta :P

But when i release the periodic tech builds it be great to have testers checking em out and really helpful with the proper betas.

Cuz there was barely any activity in this forum!

That's why I even posted asking if anyone is interested in a melee A.I anymore.

lol hey i will hang out with u guys until it dies!! or i get high speed net and get to play on battle.net more.. but i dont think thats gonna happen any time soon lol...

I would love to be amai tester. I'd would like to help to enhance the setting and turn it into a stronger race and become a damn hard beating game =)

I've already tune up the NE and now my NE become the strongest race in AMAI game hehehe.
I'll share my changes in Amai setting if you like.

I'll provide the modified map since we can't use Grimoire to load A.Is to play in B.net (or can we?)
Or maybe Strategy Master should do it so he (and everyone else) can watch the replays also eh?

hmm ya sounds like a good idea... the last time we played we didnt test any AI at all :P~~ but ya we gotta get together again and actualy play some AI :D!!! sounds fun

Actually I just played a 4v4 game vs comps. My teammates were noobs

It's AMAI 2.50c in a map, so I think you do need to d/l the map.

@Zycat: I can't remember if u do need to download the map, it might work fine if u use SE as the correct blizzard.j and common.ai files will be loaded in warcraft so should match. Been a while though since i used player edition :P

Here's the thing : Not everyone (well, nearly no one) knows about AMAI in B.net. It's much easier to get people to play vs AMAI with the Player's Edition (so they auto-download it) rather than telling people to d/l the current version of AMAI.

But all I get is noobs on my team :/

EDIT : Well, can you view the replay made with Player's Ed in SE?

lol i will see if it works and stuff zycat :P~~ hopefully we can play again soon lol im sure im not much better then ur team mates :P~~ i dont consider myself good im a on going learner... which makes this game pretty fun is learning ALL the stuff to make u good.. theres ALOT :D!! plus hot keying and trying to get high APM is fun for me some reason.. when my friends watch me play ... they are like wow lol... not use to high APM players LOL!! they dont even really hot key :X :P~~ but thats just for fun doesnt really make u good :P~~ but ya who cares i check it out :D


((EDIT)) im watching the replay and i paused .. these guys lol ur playing with... well they seem to be kinda interested in it.. this is a Great way to get AMAI popular... i always point n00bs to AMAI for a bit of practice before they continue to ladder... i have never talk to any AFTER telling them about it but i hope some really enjoy it... but maybe if we try to spread it a bit more.. it can get pretty popular... making it stronger :P~~ just a thought

i love when u said that... strat master should be proud his creation is pwnageing it up on B.Net a bit.. lol but my final thing is they didnt like the trash talking LOL!! they got mad at that :P~~ BUT they did get pwned too :D!! but i bet theres alot of people who would really like AMAI still that hasnt ever heard of it.. i wanted AI FOREVEr for wc3 before finally finding it :D i been playing wiht AMAI for months now but i use to play with the custom StarCraft AIs for a while before finding this AI lol funny game either way :P~

@Zycat: Thats what i meant. You should be able to view games made in PE in SE. Of course you still need map in same location to view.

That was such a LOL game. They were totally unprepared for what was in store for them and sucked, and it was unlucky for zycat that AMAI picked to kill you first. It somehow knew you were the most dangerous player :P

Yeah player edition is much easier for unknown people to play with amai on battle.net and was why it was originally the only way to play amai.

I agree thats got to be a classic line of the replay.

Remember its not just my creation. Its Aiandy's and Zalamanders creation. I just continued to improve on top of there glorious creation. Although i've done loads of changes and improvements there still alot of original code in there :D

@zycat it's good to see replay amai played in bnet. It showed how amai plays better in team game.. hehe it shocked those noobs..lol
