Obviously not... model made just for the heck of it, probably won't be UV mapped or skinned... Tell me what you think...

What looks like paper?

Looks like a pretty good idea to me, although it's a little top heavy. I'd make the legs longer and the pelvis wider.

where can i find that animating program and is it easy to use

Guesst
You can find it here and no, it's not easy to use, because the interface isn't done. You have to use the hotkeys in that post instead of pressing buttons.

Any critics about these anims? I know they're kind of unrealistic, but I can manage to make natural movement :( Oh, attached the MDX, some may want to check them :|

"Something" is awesome. (Awesome in a dumb way, not seriously an amazingly good animation, you know what I mean.)

Stand 1 is good, I like the position. Make it slower, and make the feet keep their position, not point in and out constantly.

Spell, make her torso rotate backwards a bit with her arm, pause for a second, and then quickly push it forward. And I think you know the feet need work. The whole animation again seems too fast.

Attack 1, same this as spell, make her torso rotate with the arm movement, and the arm movement seems to be headed int he right direction. Legs, you know the story.

Attack 2, stress the movement more with the torso and head. Legs...yeah.
