Hello everybody, these are some raw screenshots from an upcoming map Gun Zone version 2, which is basicly totally remade version of Gun Zone. I'm in charge of the terrain, while TheImpersonator makes the triggers. The pics are not terrainpics, they are shots from the actual game envirement. I put the pics here because I think they're good enought for the standards of today's terrain pics. The custom models are made by Nasrudin. Comments are welcome. |

Its nice, but it needs a bit more trees imo (Jungles aren't that bare, actually they are supposed to be the most abundent-in-plants on earth.) |

If you'd ever played Gunzone you'd know that the players need spaces like that. Oh, and the only thing that doesn't look good are the custom trees :P See? Everyone can't make something pretty out of custom models stfu already ;< |

The space is indeed necessary, as I said, they are not terrain pics. Seruk; LOL. They're just little spice, wc3 models dominate in that map. I'm trying to keep the size quite small. Also I still think that more custom models you need, the shittier terrainer you are. |

And what I'm trying to proveis that you can't just throw some random custom made crap, you have to be good at it. :P |

That tree in the center of the third picture is totally out of place, replace it with one of those tree stumps or another one of those trees. I hope the terrain isn't so distracting in the actual game ("Hey, look! Antsu put a mushroom on top of a--" *shot*), but from what I can see, it looks good. |

SeruK, that sounds so fake, you're just trying to hide your poor terrain skills with wc3 doodads. Death, Do you mean that custom tree? I don't think it looks any badder than any other tree. About the distractiness... what the hell can I do about it? ![]() |

Hehe... lets not go there... But there is an art in arranging custom models to make em' look attractive. I tried doing this for my campaigns so the original models and the custom ones don't clash. But I'll reserve judgement until I see the full map. ![]() |

Whatever, sorry for trying to help. |
