Yet another model I probably won,t finish. :P

Anyways, I plan on making a whole pack of mechs for a certain AoS project.

Looks nice. =)

Though more like a one-legged mech. =P

Okay, fine, I'll do a four-legged screenshot. Its just I have to make sure all the legs are the same.

Look at the first post.

Heh, it is a nice model, but it does look better with all 4 legs. =P

I just realised... Its done. I'll start skinning it.
It might need a bigger texture though.

Mc !
try making it no custom textured.

Looks really nice, I like it.

no custom textured?

Unfortunatly, there are no textures inside the mpq that fits the kind of skin I want it to have.

Oh, and its gonna have a rocketpack + jump animation. For a spell in the AoS.

*cough* symmetry modifyer *cough*

Looks swell, but those guns i think would look better as a whole, instead of four seporate tubes.

Oh, I have to disagree, I think the minigun look is sweet.

Give it more polygons and use it for SupCom instead.

She does too. Notice how the general impression of the thing is still really round reather then a bunch of sticks? You'd be better off creating that effect with a cilinder with a nice alpha texture on it, and another cilinder unside that one, and animate the outter cilinder to rotate real fast. THAT will look like a robust weapon, reather then mr. chopstick over there.

use smoothing groups to make the curved areas smooth.

I don't quite get how that would look right... Still, I'm not versed in the art of modelling, so I shall have to take your word for it.
