The Sentinel Campaign

This is a campaign I have tried to make countless times with fail. This is because I SUCK BIG TIME AT USING THE EDITOR!!! So I'm only asking a few questions here and if you have any tips pls tell.

1. How do I make a spell that damages both health and mana and look like a normal projectile all at once and a spell that can kill a hero in one hit regardless of level and hitpoints?

2. Any tips on how to make a night elf city? Nendis and the other fishing villages are razed and Darnassus isn't in Warcraft III so I have no idea what to use.

3. How do I make a battleship shoot at its starboard and port?

4. How do I get those Hero attack type and defence type icons?

5. Should I add some seabed fights?

That's all my questions. And if I ever get this campaign done, I'm going to make sure I add all this :
1 Custom Hero to each race
Some Custom Units same as the top
+ Some other stuff...

P.S. : When is five years after the Eternity's End? WOW or TFT? If it's WOW can someone give some tips on how Azeroth has changed other than being divided the Alliance and the Horde?

you could watch WoW cinematic, where the voice says "Five years have passed"... so 5 years after Eternity's End (destruction of well of eternity to kill archimonde) is WoW, TFT is one year after or something like that
