How to open mdx or mdl files in gmax?

Should i download a patch or something? I just downloaded the program and used war3model editor to extract an mdx model from the mpq but i was'nt able to open it in gmax. Aparently, using the import function does'nt also help me because it can't import mdx file types. Thanks :)

you need an importer script like KMK's. You can get it from here: http://kmkdesign.8m.com/downloads/
