New Modeling Contest?

I want to see one, havent seen oen in a long time. I have an idea, but i doubt it will come to pass :P

howabout, take a normal wc3 unit, and build a robot/vehicle for it to drive. put the model in the robot/vehicle as if hes controlling it

I don't like the "take a unit from wc3" thing. Maybe make another creature from warcraft lore that isn't in wc3 or something. Or maybe a whole other theme...Anyway, I'm not going to start another modeling challenge because people have no interest in it and they lose motivation very quickly, because there isn't any. I'm saying this because of the previous challenges experience. Quite a bunch of people said they would join...at the first session, like 3 quarters of them actually joined. Then half...until there was no one. So no sir, this ain't happening again unless we have more or at least more devoted modelers.

What happened to the modelling contest is indeed frustrating :( Falco, if you want a modelling competition, just go at The Hive :P

But it's the only Wc3 modding site that hosts a modelling comeptition :P And yes, The Hive is full of all the scums on this world, but there's no way to stop it... oh, Werewulf is at The Hive, which is at least 1 good thing about it :P

Back to modelling competitions, maybe if we put up a thread for people to sign whether or not they'd enter and have nominations for a theme or something?

im in highschool to. she was an attention whore. she's not a bad person, just a annoying as hell

C'mon now, all of us were like that before, some still are, others not...
Back to the competition, I agree with Andy... if they don't enter afterwards, we'd whip their balls!

I'd join. Though I'd really like an animation competition.

I haven't modelled in a long time, It has been difficult because of work, but if there would be an animation contest, then I would join.

I've been practicing animating for a week now, yet my anims are still crap :(
