Beastmaster

I were just looking through some old wc3 files, and discovered one of the first skins I made :)
Back then, when I created this skin I got the idea from erwts' "Tauren Spiritwalker" skin.

I'm probably going to finnish it, but it wont be a total conversion. (It did become that afterall)
Just posting here to get some feedback :)

pretty good but its a total copy of erwt's style :P

I take that as a compliment :) considering that when I sat down to make this skin I wanted it to be similar to erwts' style, so thanks :)
That was the purpose, although I dont think it resembles erwts' style that much :P

Actually, it practically looks like a cnp of my skin. Not saying you did snp it, just saying that it does look verry much like it.

What makes me think about cnp though, is that the skin on the head is completely fucked up. Like it wasnt made for the beastmaster but slapped on there anyway.

Well no part of this skin was simply slapped on from another skin :) (except for the Lion head on the belt)
What I did, was to look at the UW of your skin and then move onwards to mine where I then would begin *skinning* (having an image of a part of your skin in the back of my mind)

Actually, my 'hate' for the Beastmaster wrap, started back then when I made this, my first Beastmaster skin.

its a good start, but the face needs fixing.

Yeah, I dont like the head either.. Screw it, I'm going to redo the entire skin with my new and (hopefully, leaving the final judgment to the public) improved artistic 'style' :P

Although, I must ask: is there any suggestions for improvement? :)

It needs boots and custom weapons, and the wraps around the arms are a little wonky, other then that, carry on.

Why did you CnP that lion emblem? It doesn´t fit at all with the rest of the skin

This skin were done a long time ago, not to mention that it wasn't a *serious" skinning attempt or w/e you might choose to call it :P
I dont know why I CnP'ed that part onto the Beastmaster, I guess I just wanted to see how it would look like :P

Nevertheless, what the heck are you talking about oO ? Even though it doesn't look that good, then it does fit with the rest of the skin buddy :P

I still think it doesn´t, if you add some gold in the weapons and the shoulders then i´ll change my mind, but right now the medallion looks really random to me.

It just wraps so huge on the skin.
Looks like his entire pelvic area is a giant emblem of a lion.
It probably could use a bit of tailoring to the wrap.

And if you did something using the gold on the weapons/shoulder as Nirv suggested, it 'would' likely fit together with the rest of the skin better.
As it is, it's the only gold in the skin and as a belt kinda sticks out.

Face might need a bit of help, especially on that nose.
Consider making some skin show on the face, that way it won't mesh together like a big, black blob.

I would like to see this finished, to be honest.
