Okay, but I'm think it looks very natural anyway ^^
Some forests have many shrubs and such.

I don't like it, it's over doodaded and random.

Depending on your goal, you probably should have sized up that farm.
Also, the cat tails being spammed sporatically really doesn't look good.
Those trees are traditionally pretty disgusting too, they wouldn't have been bad if you'd sized them up though.

Remember, small doodads around bigger doodads.
Also, why did you just focus on 5 doodads? No lilypads? Why aren't the cattails in the water?
Bubbles? Birds? Rocks aside from just as a cliff?

You overused the cattail. With bush, shrubs and flowers you can make look a terrain very nice.

Well... The cattails are non-realistic for the fact that the models wc3 provides are very bad. If it were realistic cattails randomly placing them like that would be good, but just not with wc3 models. Farm needs sizing, give a sky shot, give tree variation. I like the rock area though, it is nice.

Agree, too many doodads.... You could have put a brown pesant there and it would take hours before anyone spotted it.... But still it is realistic so from me ;)

One rule that governs my terrains: Never place doodads so you cant see the ground.

Waayy too many doodads... 0_o I think you can add a few doodads, but not too many. Some water doodads could also look nice. In the first pic in the corners, you could also see the empty grass so you should fix that. Other than that this is prett nice.
Don't use too many doodads next time though...
