Currently I'm trying to make my own loading screen, 1024x1024, it's mainly consisted of text (currently limited to MSPaint). I save it then convert to TGA then to BLP and add it to my loading screen model file. In the loading screen the text is extremely blurry and illegable, is there any way to change this? EDIT: I use IrfanView and the Wc3 Image Extractor as conversion tools (if this matters). |

http://www.dwarfcampaign.com/wiki/in...Loading_screen I suggest Method 2 (small file-size) And your image should be 1024 by 768. |

1024x1024 is not a computer resolution. It's 1024x768 (could be the other way around) or 1152x864. EDIT: Damn you, Ammorth. I couldn't remember if it was 768 or 780 and I had to check >< |

Also, saving at a higher compression quality will affect how it looks significantly (I believe WC3 Image Viewer uses 75 as default; 99 looks better, but is somewhat larger). |
