New Frost Nova Effect

I never liked the Frost Nova Effect that was made for the game, so i made this one, and Chriz. animated it. This Resource was inspired by WoW's frost nova effect.

YAY! I wanna see a frap

I just looked at it...

its kinda bland... a small shockwave plane, five blocks of ice that jump out... nothing really huge or amazing. and personnaly I think the effect is too small.

Might wanna add an emmitter or two.

after closer examination of the WoW effect, I noticed that there was more to the model, I might fix it up a bit. make it pretty.

I assume you mean this for the buff that goes on the units in the AoE, not the target, since the buff that goes on the target for WCIII Frost Nova pwns this completely.

Personally, i always liked the freezing breath art for that sort of thing.

yeah it'd be for the WoW styled kind of Frost Nova, the equivalent of a Thunder Clap in this game.
