Phoenix Fire Sound

I have an ability based off of Phoenix Fire where it shoots bullets (quillbeast missle art) automatically, but the problem is I want it to play a sound every time it's shot. I tried replacing the "effect sound" in the object editor and that does nothing, and triggers aren't working either.

Thts cause phoenix fire is n background abiltiy.

What kind of sound do you want to play?
If you want to play a "bullet" sound (just like a gun) then you should use missiles like "Barrage Ability Missile" or the human cannon tower attack...

No I want it to play a firing sound.

There should be an "Effect Sound Loop" field or something like that. Put in the Marine or Rifleman's gun shooting sound. It might be under Animation or Combat. Most likely Animation.

It's still not working.

It won't work, sounds don't work for passives.

The only way you can get this to work is to edit the projectile model to have a gunshot sound in it's birth anim.
