When did WC3C come back online?

Last I knew it was shut down untill further notice. Then I got a PM from some one requesting help creating a spell. I had no idea WC3C came back, I might have to get back into the ol' World Editor again.

Edit: Oh, and where is the new site FAQ's for things like signatures and posted attachments?

Lawl. You could probably search back and find the revival stuff. It was roughly December 2005 though.

Wc3c came back too much times, I am not sure of which of them you are talking about.
