Converting item abilities to unit abilities

I'm trying to use spellbook to make a unit have passive spell resistance. I used the item ability spell resistance b/c I couldn't find any other ones like it. I can use spell book fine, but when i put the spell resistance ability in the spellbook spell list, its not showing up at all in the spellbook. The only thing I changed about the spell resistance ability was "item ability = false". Is there something about changing item abilities I'm missing?

I think Spell Resistance doesn't show up. Some abilities don't show, such as Ghost. Anyways, in case you might be wondering if the Resistance even works, make a Storm Bolt ability deal 100 damage and test it on the unit that has the Resistance. The Bolt should deal X damage less due to the % Resistance form your ability.

Also, another problem might be the Minimum/Maximum Ability fields. They both have to match EXACTLY how many spells are in the book at ALL TIMES.
