I was using that uber 1337 metal tutorial and came out with some good stuff now the problem is i can't seem to place any design on the metal. Save from my plight. I was thinking gems for awhile but I can't get make them come out without them saying "LOOK GIAS IM A BLOO THING"

I think it looks nice, but bad on the blood mage.

It looks more like filters to me.

This style doesn't fit very well on the model.

Those dark brown splotches need better contrast and shading.
Also, consider adding some sort of design to the chest and shoulderpads.
Right now they're very boring and monotonous.

I think some blues would look nice.

Also, it seems like you are skinning without any idea what you are doing, considering that you are doing one piece at a time. You dont *have* to post everytime you color a wee bit more.

I concur with erwt.
Although, since that I havn't really seen any of your previous skins, I can't really tell whether or not if what you're doing is on purpose or just two ships that pass in the night.

I demand more progress shown on the next preview! And perhaps some concept art, should you have any.

you need a contrasting color, maybe a crimson red or a bright blue. anyways all goldish brown is kinda boring.

just work on it alot more and get creative with it.

edit: forgot to mention, if you dont want to put a contrasting color, you should at least put an ornate design on the plates, at least to make it more interesting.

Trying my best and working on that contract color accurately. I am thinking blue and red runes on the shoulders and a brownish tint to the chest

EDIT - A mini update

the blue and red doesnt go together at all maybe if the runes were all red but it just looks kind of dumb imo

ya stick to one, red or blue. probably red. it wont match if you use both i think.

Wowzers THE_END Man!
It looks as though acid has eaten through that badly rusted and dented armor!
And upon closer inspection..some child has drawn a blue crayon all over it!
