Hi,

I am trying to create a spell where a cryptlord burrows under earth (with his morph anim) and then leaping forward to the target point damaging all units while still being under earth. After that he unborrows again.

The problem is at the start of spell :
How can i make the cryptlord not changing his anim after morphing? He always changes it to stand when he finishes morph animation.

hope you can answer my question,

best wishes anX

Somehow you can move a unit with no move speed but the graphics won't update, so the model of the unit won't move..

You may try setting his move speed to 50 for the next 0.2 seconds after moving it.

If you play the animation via triggers, the model will freeze after finishing the animation, the downside is when you cast a spell or order the unit to move it will begin playing it's animations again, so basicly you can't have spells on it.

I made quite a similar spell a while ago, I just made the main unit hide with triggers, and create a dummy unit with the same stats, but without movement speed and with just 2 triggered spells, and played the dummy unit's burrow animation :) .
