Umm how did I get -3 rep?

Hello, I'm sorry I didn't know where else to put this but I just loged on 10 minutes ago I had +2 rep and now I have -3? What did I do? I looked in my recent reputations and nothing shows me getting -5 rep, or does rep go down over time?
