I have received a lot of PMs about modifing or editing some of the files of the DM MOD. Well, then:

Modding or Editing the files included in the pack of the DM MOD any of them is NOT allowed. You can't distribute edited files.

I released it open source in JASS form just that others can see how I made the DM MOD. But you can't distribute any of the files if you have messed with them.

I have plans to give some DM MOD Licenses (of course free) but this won't come for the moment at least in 2 months approximately.

So now, NO ONE is allowed to edit or modify the files of the DM MOD and of course, NOT ALLOWED to distribute them.

Thanks.

isnt this not allowed, because the DMMOD maps belong to blizzard, and blizzard allows people to edit and re-distribute its property maps? (Thus allowing anyone to edit and redistribute any DMMOD map)

(in simple terms: if you've played it on battle.net, blizzard has rigts to use, edit, destroy, reuse, ext, ext, ext. all of it. rights which you gave them freely by uploading the map thru battle.net)

i mean, all of this means nothing if the creators of all objects held within have not played the map(s) on battle.net. (but i doubt thats apllicable here)
