Incinerate (arrow)

I unlocked the data fields to this ability a while back. However, do the changes not actually apply? The ability seems pretty melee stat like.

If this is true, is there a way to fix this?

use slk editor and edit fields directly from slk files

I recall there being a bug with some incinerate ability, like the arrow one using the passive one's data fields or something.

I second the vague sense that it uses the values from the passive ability.

I am not sure if this is true.... I had both with the same values before hand.
