item abilties..

heres my problem. i based a hero ability, off of an item ability, and it will not show up in the hero's commands(the icon)

the ability was based on spellbook.

how do i make the ability show up?

Check that the box "Item Ability" is unchecked AND the box "Hero Ability" is checked.

Most item abilities dont have tooltips. If Undead Lives' thing doesnt work, make a fake ability that does nothing (critical strike with chance set to 0) and add the actual ability when the hero learns the dummy ability.
