CL Horn Wrap, need some advice ><

This is just nasty, and I have no idea how to approach it. The picture says all =/



I am having trouble coming up with a design with this kind of messy wrap. This CL is a mass of flesh and bone. Any suggestions that go with said theme are welcome TT The black line thing is me trying to figure out how it wraps lol

Yeah that unwrap fails.
I kind of like the current design idea you have going on, but I'd feel bad telling you to just fight the wrap. xD

Is any part of the horn alphable?
You might be able to alpha out some of the maroon-colored stuff that's already there and just make it a gigantor spike on the end of bone.
Otherwise I can't really think of anything. >_<

Try to make it of pure bone.

If you could remove head shell thing, you could see the whole horn, that is why you can see the fucked that poo you put. I also think that the horn unwrap (don't know how to say it ffs) it could use a rotation of 180.

If you flip that horn part from left to right in the unwrap, the pattern and shape looks the same so I'm guessing it's a mirrored effect, but I dunno where those ridges/spikes come from <_<

EDIT: Ah, those spikes on the lower horn part obviously came from the model :O

Kinda just went to hell with this, and if the model isn't scaled to big, wont be too noticeable lol

The skin be all done now, dunno if I am gonna post pictures of it cause its for DoE and don't want to get zerg rushed xD

Pshhh should've just based it on the original design the skin had
Then mod it to your needs

Thats basically what happened, have to copy paste the original horn back in and just followed the design xD I got really mad at that wrap and just gave up xD
