[Work in Progress] War Drums - The Battle of Stormrock (Afterwards)
By Archian It was.. A glorious slaughter! For years, visitors to the rocky lands of Stormrock will be astounded by the stench of thousand rotting corpses. Separate mountains were made of the skulls of men, women, children, horses and dogs erected by the Orcish Horde. The army of Galadorn numbered nearly half a million men, but was beaten by an Orcish Horde less than half that size. The human generals were executed by pouring molten silver into their eyes and throats. Survivors were executed by having their skulls crushed on the bare rocks. Shortly after the word about the tragedy of Stormrock had been spread out all over the kingdom and the news brought to King Uther, the armies of Enroth & Arathia hastened to Galadorn’s defense. Surprisingly, the Orcish Horde did not advance which was expected by the royal court. Silencely but surely the Orcs drove their gloomy plans against Galadorn, the first vast bastion against the overwhelming hordes of destruction. Havn't read "War Drums - The Letter from Jerold", yet? Read it here! |
